HRO Today conducts an annual Baker’s Dozen survey to rank the “industry’s best” based on customer satisfaction surveys. Businesses are nominated and ranked in several categories and satisfaction metrics. HRO Today collects responses from clients of HR solutions providers. They then analyze the results based on the breadth of services, deal size, and quality of services.
