What is the 2023 Baker's Dozen award?

The Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings™ is an annual ranking of HR solutions providers in various categories focused on quality and customer satisfaction. It is conducted by HRO Today, a leading media and information platform for HR professionals, based on feedback from surveys distributed to clients of the nominated providers.

HRO Today then analyzes the feedback across three subcategories:

  • Breadth of Service Leaders - This category measures the variety and comprehensiveness of the provider's background screening services to accommodate different customer profiles.
  • Quality of Service – Demonstrating reliability, compliance, security, timeliness, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Size of Deals - A measurement of the average size of contracts and clients to determine the bandwidth of capability.
