ReportView is designed to help move students into placement faster by offering a simple, standardized way for universities to share student compliance results with their affiliates. This method helps improve efficiency by reducing manual paperwork, email exchanges, and duplicate submissions.

How it works
This secure, simple, and convenient student data sharing platform is an efficient option for accessing verified student clinical program certification results in real-time. The process starts with students completing compliance requirements through the QualifiedFirst platform and opting to share their results with the affiliate sites of their choice.
- Verified Credentials Scholar® administrators select and sign up affiliates to give them access to the platform.
- Approved affiliates receive login credentials for the ReportView affiliate portal, where they can view all students who have completed the certification process and opted to share their report with that affiliate’s specific program.
Key platform features and functions
ReportView includes several features to help streamline the transfer of student documents among schools and their affiliated clinical, fieldwork, and internship sites:
- Easy result sharing: Student results are viewable in the portal as soon as they are completed and shared by the student through QualifiedFirst.
- Secure and centralized access: All shared student results are accessible in one convenient portal. The data held in ReportView is protected by the Terms of Use agreements signed by each affiliate organization involved.
- Student-controlled sharing: Students have the option to share their completed results with affiliates of their choice.
- Functional filtering tools: Affiliates can filter search results by student name, compliance status, program type, completion date, or university.
- Quick visibility of verified results: Results that students opt to share appear instantly upon completion. This data is pulled directly from Verified Credentials, with no document uploads required.
- Flexible account configuration: Clients can sign up multiple affiliates, and their account can be set up as a Scholar (full view) or ReportView (limited view) account.
There’s also no cost for affiliate sites to participate, making these features more accessible for participating affiliate sites.
